Elite Sports Asia was founded by brothers Aidan Malone and David Malone, bringing together deep local understanding of Vietnam with international experience across sport, coaching, leadership, business and high performance.

Aidan Malone

Aidan has built his career across sports management, coaching and business development in Ireland, Australia, Vietnam and South East Asia. Having lived and worked in Vietnam for more than ten years, he brings deep local knowledge, broad multi-sport experience and trusted relationships across the education, sporting and business communities.

Aidan leads the development of partnerships and helps ensure that Elite Sports Asia's work is relevant to the people, organisations and communities it serves. His experience connecting ideas, people and opportunities is central to the company's ability to operate with both international ambition and local understanding.

David Malone

Leadership focus: People Performance | Leadership | Performance Strategy

David has spent more than three decades in high-performance sport as a Paralympic champion, international coach, Performance Director and organisational leader.

Across athlete, coach and executive leadership roles, he has experienced performance from multiple perspectives: preparing for the world's biggest stage, helping others pursue excellence, leading complex programmes and building the strategy, systems and culture required for sustained success.

His work with Elite Sports Asia is shaped by a people-first philosophy and experience across leadership, governance, performance strategy and organisational development.
